It took ten years for five seasons. Netflix drained their fan’s pockets with merch. It started off so well written. What happened?
The stakes were so low, the ending was stupid, and almost every aspect of season five was not good.
I am still angry about this months later. They need to get back into the studio and make the fan theory true where they were stuck in Vecna’s control.
Netflix even made a theatrical production to get every penny fans had, and this is all they could come up with.
El is supposedly dead? Lazy writing. The finale was unfulfilling. I am still angry about this, and I don’t know how Netflix remains so profitable because their writing is getting very lazy, and so many of their shows suck now.
If they really want to show they care about their subscribers, how about they uncancel some shows the fans loved but they cancelled for no reason, such as Winx: The Fate Saga, I Am Not Okay With This, or The Society?
I want a public apology from Netflix because they really made me waste ten years of my life following a show that started out great, only to deliver a horrible final season.
The only show that butchered their finale more than this was The Umbrella Academy.
Netflix, I await your apology video.
